Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
If your child is attending a Petelo Rugby camp or after school sessions, the items will be handed to your child at the next session.

Petelo Rugby All Stars ships to addresses within the United Kingdom.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Petelo Rugby All Stars is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
Petelo Rugby All Stars is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Shipping prices may vary depending on the destination country and weight/size of the order.

Our Return & Refund Policy provides detailed information about options and procedures for returning your order.
Items must be returned within 2 weeks of receiving them.
Any worn or damaged items are non-refundable. Items must be returned in the original packaging and in brand new condition with a statement explaining the reasons for returning the item.
Any shipping costs for faulty items returned, will be paid for by Petelo Rugby All Stars.
Or the items can be returned to the coaches at the next session.
Petelo Rugby All Stars is not responsible for any damage caused during Shipping.
