Arron started playing rugby at the young age of 5 for Old Richians Rugby Club. He spent his time in junior rugby playing through the age groups. He moved to Sheffield to study sport where he gained a degree, a number of coaching badges and also played rugby for 3 years. He is now teaching PE to all key stages in a school in Cheltenham and has coached a varied number of age groups locally. Currently he is still a member of Old Richians Rugby Club and is really enjoying coaching young people with Petelo Rugby All Stars.
